工作職責

(English)

Manage and produce invoices to customers
Prepare invoices as per schedule
Assist in handling invoice queries
Liaise with internal and external parties
Support other Finance activities and ad hoc assignments
Monitor and support process improvement activities to achieve departmental KPI

職位要求

(English)

Degree holder in Finance, Business, or related discipline
1-3 years of experience in Invoicing / Payment / Finance Operations
Good Command of spoken Cantonese and written English.
Proficient in MS Office
SAP experience and Visual Basic knowledge would be an advantage
Responsible, independent, and self-motivated.
Good numerical sense and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant (Invoicing)
