Responsibilities

  • Manage and produce invoices to customers
  • Prepare invoices as per schedule
  • Assist in handling invoice queries
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Support other Finance activities and ad hoc assignments
  • Monitor and support process improvement activities to achieve departmental KPI

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in Invoicing / Payment / Finance Operations
  • Good Command of spoken Cantonese and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • SAP experience and Visual Basic knowledge would be an advantage
  • Responsible, independent, and self-motivated.
  • Good numerical sense and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant (Invoicing)
